Initiate Your Request
Log into your Emax account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
